Next Sunday, July 17th, we invite you to a nice 100 kilometer tour in the Düsseldorf area. As in the last three years, the reason is Rapha's commendable Women's 100 campaign: trips are organized around the world where women ride 100 kilometers together. So that countless frustrated men don't sit around alone in their caps or at home and mope, we decided to whistle on gender segregation and to organize a nice get-together for everyone. At our Tempokillahs we see weekly how relaxed and beautiful something like this can roll, side by side, chatting and with a grin on our faces.

After starting at the cap and a ride through the city, like last year, the route will initially include a few bumps in the area around Ratingen, then we make a detour to the west, enjoy a coffee break at the Schlosscafé Heltorf and then roll over the farm roads and side streets around Willich back to Düsseldorf.

Important: The focus is on the heroines of the farm roads. The pace is relaxed and moderate, it's all about having fun on the exit. Nevertheless, it is a sporting event with racing bikes, due to the length of the route we require a certain amount of experience with the bike and a basic level of fitness.

We meet on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in the cap, we start at 11:00 a.m. The café in the cap is open on Sunday, so you should look forward to cakes and other delicacies when you return.
