We offer tried and tested services at fair prices, and we'll discuss these with you when scheduling an appointment and/or dropping off your bike. We're not interested in unnecessary frills, but if we notice any further issues during the service, we'll contact you and offer solutions. To ensure reliable and predictable service, we schedule appointments in both our and your best interests. Due to high demand, these appointments often require advance notice, so we recommend planning your service appointments in advance. All scheduled appointments are processed quickly; you'll typically have your bike back within one to three business days. Exceptions may occur. Our selection of wear parts is extensive, but not unlimited.

Please bring your bike clean to the agreed appointment. And please pick it up promptly, as our space is limited. During the season, we can only perform maintenance, service, and repairs on bikes purchased from us. This isn't because we don't want to do other services, but because we want to provide our customers with the best possible service.
