14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

You can return all goods that you order via our online shop to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot cover the return costs.

1. DOWNLOAD RETURNS NOTE

Download the return slip using the following button.

2. PRINT & FILL IN THE RETURNS NOTE

Print out the return form and fill it out completely. Please be sure to include the email address you used to order the items and the order number so that we can allocate your return. You can find the order number in your order confirmation.

3. SECURELY PACK & SHIP RETURNS

Pack the items securely and enclose the completed return slip. Send the return package to the address given on the return slip.

SUSTAINABILITY & NO FAST FASHION

From the beginning it was important to us to send our products as ecologically and sustainably as possible. For this we use recycled and recyclable packaging with grass content in order to offer articles in the online shop as resource-saving as possible.

We ask you to consider returns carefully in order to keep the ecological footprint of our online shop as small as possible. If you don't like an article, maybe a person from your circle of acquaintances and relatives will be happy about it.
