Giro del Basso Reno – Die Sonne Italiens am Niederrhein - 21.03.2026
Auch wenn es gut sein kann, dass wir am 21. März noch nicht in kurz/kurz auf die Strecke gehen können, so laden wir doch ein wenig Dolce Vita zu unserer italienischen Rennrad-Runde im Rahmen der Cyclingworld ein. Unsere Partner und Freunde von KASK und Cicli Barco werden natürlich persönlich am Start sein, wenn wir am Areal Böhler starten, um beim locker-entspannten Social Ride die rustikalen Wirtschaftswege des linksrheinischen Areals zu besuchen.
Unsere Ausfahrt am Samstagnachmittag hat sich in den letzten Jahren wirklich zu einem verlässlichen Come-Together aus lokalen Radfahrer*innen, der Mützen-Community, internationalen Messebesucher*innen und Aussteller*innen entwickelt. Sobald wir halbwegs verlässlich die Wetterbedingungen abschätzen können, werden wir entscheiden, ob wir unterwegs oder im Anschluss an den Ride auf dem Gelände des Areal Böhler einen angemessenen Break beziehungsweise Abschluss mit Drinks und Snacks mit der Sonne im Herzen genießen dürfen. Beide Versionen haben in den letzten Jahren Spaß gemacht, schauen wir also mal, was uns 2026 erwartet.
Bitte kommt mit einem tauglichen und gewarteten Rad, bringt Mini-Tool, Reifenheber, Ersatzschlauch und gute Laune mit. Einen Helm sehen wir als Pflicht, Clickpedale mit entsprechendem Schuhwerk setzen wir voraus. Und falls ihr die Wahl habt: italienische Räder werden natürlich besonders willkommen geheißen.
Mit dem Startplatz bekommt ihr ein Ticket für die Cyclingworld, dass ihr euch auch schon im Vorfeld in der Mütze abholen könnt. Zusätzlich haben wir in diesem Jahr ein Ticket-Bundle mit der Cyclingworld angelegt, bei dem ihr eine limitierte CYCLINGWORD X Schicke Mütze in weiß oder schwarz bekommen könnt. Natürlich „Fatto a mano in Italia“.
Wir freuen uns auf drei Tage Cyclingworld. Drei Tage, in denen Düsseldorf die Fahrrad-Hauptstadt Europas ist.
