Here you can find an overview of all our bikes that we exhibited at Cyclingworld
Barco X Beanie
The Valsugana from Barco, in the Mützen All-Road edition, has tire clearance of up to 40mm and meets a wide range of requirements, from long-distance bikes to forest highway racers. Many of our own rides take us along rustic farm roads, so wider tires are a welcome addition in terms of comfort and grip. Whether on cobblestones or a gravel forest path, this bike, with its blend of agility and directional stability, delivers exactly the riding pleasure you'd expect from a modern steel racer. We always have various builds in different sizes in our shop; for Cyclingworld, we built this gem with SRAM Focus and Hunt wheels.
OPEN UPPER CONCEPT.PT 2025
Previously only available as a prototype, the bike caused quite a stir at Cyclingworld. Many visitors came by on the first evening after hearing that we had the bike on site. A completely new Open frame, still comfortably positioned, but with a modern shape, featuring an aerodynamically designed head tube including its own cockpit and seat post. We will be able to create two customized builds of the limited edition soon. Please write or contact us if you'd like one of the strictly limited bikes. The build shown with SRAM Red is Open's own show bike, which unfortunately has to be returned.
Genesis Croix de Fer 50
Of course, we can not only create custom builds, but also carry a variety of complete bikes from manufacturers whose bikes we are very impressed with. As a representative example, we brought along the new Croix de Fer 50 from Genesis, which we believe is a great example of a versatile gravel bike. More tire clearance than before, a modern look, integrated cables, and great colors across the model range. In short: the new Croix de Fer are fun. Shown here in solid purple, casually pimped with Ciclovation's perfectly matching handlebar tape.
Ritchey Outback V3 flat bar build
Thanks to numerous mounting points for water bottles, anycages, racks, and fenders, the Outback is a jack of all trades for gravel riders. We've demonstrated just how versatile this bike is with the flat bar setup; the uses are endless here, too. And the built-in White Industries cranks are a real eye-catcher...
Ritchey Road Logic Disc
Ritchey's RoadLogic has been one of the benchmark steel bikes for years. Its classic, timeless appearance may suggest a retro bike, but the first few meters on the bike reveal that this is a high-quality sports machine. Anyone who takes the time to compare the geometry with other manufacturers' high-end carbon models will notice a striking number of similarities in angles and dimensions. The current version of the frame is compatible with all electronic drivetrains, hence our build with Shimano's Ultegra Di2 2x12.
Orbea Orca Aero M21eLTD
We've been working with the Spanish company Orbea for almost a year now and are impressed by their Avant, Terra, and Orca models. The Orca Aero is a truly aerodynamically fast bike for anyone who wants aerodynamic speed. We took the liberty of giving the racer a wheelset upgrade with Scopes Artech 6 wheels, which fits seamlessly into the concept. And don't worry, we'll remove the spacer tower once we've decided on the future owners and their riding position. So that aero is actually aero.
Ritchey Outback Aurora chassis
The Outback again, this time with a drop-bar chassis and Ritchey wheelset and components. The brand-new 2025 color scheme comes in black with stunning decals. A bike that can be configured in countless ways, with a single- or double-drive system, as a fender-mounted commuter or bikepacking adventurer. 650B and 700c wheels fit here, and there's even a rack mount option for panniers on long journeys.
Brother Mehteh Tequila Sunrise 2025
Will and James' Mehteh has been a long-time favorite. It's also a sporty steel gravel bike with a carbon fork that can handle 650B wheels up to 2.2 and 700c wheels up to 50mm, making it suitable for even the roughest rides. We built the bike for Cyclingworld with a Shimano GRX610 12-speed drivetrain and, as a true gem, installed a Hunt 40mm Carbon Gravel Race wheelset with Schwalbe's 45mm G One R tires. The components are from Ritchey and fit the overall concept perfectly.
Ritchey Garden City
As is often the case with Ritchey, the Garden City combines traditional concepts with new ideas. The build quality leaves nothing to be desired. The RoadLogic tubing is lightweight and a perfect fit for these bike models. The frame features a classic 100/120 mm overhang, brake holes front and rear, and sufficient clearance for 28/30 mm tires, depending on the rim. The frame is limited to 100 units worldwide and is almost sold out; we still have it available. The trade show setup features a hand-built wheelset, silver parts, and a Factory 5 chainring.
Brother Stroma
We built this unique eye-catcher with a SON hub dynamo and front light to highlight the new integrated cable routing for a fixed light installation. The Stroma is the English interpretation of the all-road theme; the available tire widths cover everything from a road bike to a forest trail or gravel bike. The geometry is relaxed enough for long tours, but sporty enough to conquer the rough farm roads of the surrounding countryside with serious pedal pressure. With mounting options for mudguards and Di2 cable routing, the Stroma is ready for a wide variety of build options. We have the frame in various sizes and also in the Rubble paint finish in our shop.
Ritchey Montebello
Ritchey's Montebello isn't just another contender from the all-road universe; it's clearly aimed at the needs of the long-distance community. The relaxed geometry helps you spend truly long periods in the saddle; in the future, the stylish Montebello will likely be seen at some cycling marathon events like Paris-Brest-Paris. Our build is geared toward that direction; both the mudguards and the Allygn Diamond front carrier with the matching Gramm bag are good companions when it comes to storing essentials. The carrier has a mount for a front light, and the fork has the appropriate internal cable routing. Built for Cyclingworld with Shimano's GRX 12-speed groupset, the bike also cuts a fine figure with mechanical or electric road groupsets.
Cicli Barco
Cycle Boat
Cicli Barco Piovan Custom - Zero Edition
A gravel rocket engineered to meet the diverse needs of ambitious gravel racers. Equipped with integrated cable routing, the latest ZERO head tube supports any integrated 1 1/2" cockpit, and the newly released Barco UDH dropouts. The integrated seat clamp system is the icing on the cake of this gravel powerhouse. Plus, you have a pretty free choice of tires, and the frame can handle 50mm of travel.
Cicli Barco Quinta Strada - The scrapper
The Quinta Strada frameset is the top-of-the-line gravel bike from our colleagues at Barco. Stainless steel and carbon each contribute their own character and properties to achieve the optimum in terms of agility, weight, power transfer, and comfort. This frame is truly craftsmanship, and the execution of this theme would be hard to beat, partly due to the fact that it takes twice as long to complete a frame as a standard Barco steel or stainless steel frame. The Quinta Strada with Italian Ingrid cranks was on display at the trade fair. Here, too, you can look forward to fast rides over rough terrain; with tire clearance of up to 50mm, it's quite capable.
Cicli Barco Marconi Custom - Zero Edition
The Marconi is Barco's ultra-modern interpretation of a racing bike, featuring complete integration and a minimalist aero design. The stainless steel frame features the company's own custom seat clamp of the highest quality, offers clearance for tires up to 32mm, and, thanks to the pallium-polished and polished stainless steel finish, makes the quality of the craftsmanship more than evident. We built the frame in a very Italian style with Campagnolo's Super Record and a matching Bora wheelset; the perfectly matching handlebar tape comes from our trade fair neighbors at Ciclovation. The bike can be seen in our cap. And, of course, it's also available for purchase...
Genesis Croix de Fer 931 Chassis Build
The Croix de Fer has been one of our absolute favorites as a complete bike since the company's early days. The diverse models, from the budget CDA version to the 30, 40, and 50 models to framesets for self-assembly, can cover a wide variety of requirements. The Croix de Fer is a kind of Swiss Army knife among gravel bikes; depending on the spec and frame material, almost anything is possible: from a stylish commuter for the daily commute, the ultimate long-distance bikepacking machine, to an off-road racer with a relaxed geometry, almost anything is possible. While the titanium bike has previously been the absolute top model, there is now another high-end version in the form of the Reynolds 931 stainless steel frame for the realization of your dream bike.
